Description
Uneven sidewalk sections on the South sidewalk of West Grace Street, East of the corner of Ryland Street. Beginning about 60 feet from Ryland on the South sidewalk of Grace Street, to about 169 feet, there are approximately eight edges that cause a tripping hazard where the elderly, blind, and disabled frequently travel from Dominion Place senior apartments. Can the protruding edges be power-sanded down?
