Description

The round-about/traffic circle at Blakemore Rd. and Bliley Rd. is largely ineffective. It's flat, dark red brick - hard to see in daylight and virtually impossible at night. Many drivers pay no attention to the yield signs and just cross the circle, ignoring its intent. Some come to a full stop at the yield sign with no clue as to who has the right of way; they sit, gesturing back and forth, "You go first". It must be recognizable to be effective. As it is, it's confusing and dangerous.
