Description
at 28th and broad and Church hill there is a corner where water has been standing for many months. this is because the gutter is either clogged or there is no gutter to speak of. this issue should be addressed so that water drains and the standing water does not breed mosquitoes and is generally passable by pedestrians, especially handicapped pedestrians.
