Description

Monticello Street next to Linwood Holton Elementary School has become dangerous for children and parents walking or bicycling to school as well as to people in cars due to the high volume of cars parking nearby and using the drop off/pick up area. This is a narrow residential street that allows parking on both sides but sees very high volume around 9 am and 3:45 p.m. Speed management and measures to enhance the safety (especially sight lines) for everyone are needed. Perhaps change to one-way?
