Description

The countdown timer is not working on one of the pedestrian signals at the intersection of N Harrison Street and W Franklin Street. This is the signal for pedestrians traveling north on N Harrison Street on the left side of the street. The white walk and red don't walk lights are still working but the countdown timer is broken.
