Description

The traffic light on 5th and Hospital Streets between East Highland Park and Jackson Ward takes over 5 minutes to turn green, leading many people to run the red light in the morningtime to reach the 64/95 on-ramp. The timer seems to work better in the afternoon but for the past 2 weeks as I head to work in the morning around 5:45 a.m. i have found myself running late due to sitting for 5-7 minutes at this light. Everyone is running this light, we have no other choice, please help.
