Description
It would be great to have a speed bump / hump on 13 W. 30th Street. People use it as a cut through to avoid the lights on Broad Rock between Midlothian and Forest Hill ave, and they speed down the street at way more than 25 mph. We have several disabled and elderly people and lots of kids on the street who might be in danger of a speeding car.
