Description
There have been 2 orange, reflective barrels marking a breach of the pavement at a steep embankment/ravine. There is no shoulder for the travel lane at this location. This weekend, one of the barrels was knocked into the ravine, such that pedestrians and vehicles approaching from the east in the east-bound lane do not have a warning of this danger. At the least, the barrel needs to be pulled out of the ravine and replaced at the breach in the pavement. Ideally, the pavement will be repaired.
