Description
Wisteria Ave is a cut-thru for cars between Patterson and Grove. It has recently been paved and widened slightly, making it more user friendly. There is already one 4-way stop at Kensington Ave that helps to slow the traffic, but after that, cars accelerate rapidly between there and Grove Ave. The problem is Hanover Ave is wide and cars often fail to notice the stop sign at intersection of Wisteria due to parked cars. A 4-WAY STOP would aid in slowing the cross traffic in all directions.
