Description
An OPEN eight inch hole exists near the cross-walk at the intersection of the south end of Mactavish Avenue and 3100 West Broad Street, DIRECTLY NORTH of the WTVR, Channel 6 Television Station, 3100 W. Broad Street, Richmond, VA., 23230. Two more images of the hole in the paved surface of Mactavish Avenue at the intersection of 3300 West Broad Street, directly north of the WTVR, Channel 6 Television Station, 3100 West Broad Street, Richmond, VA, 23230. Notice the open hole in close proximity to the cross-walk pavement marking.
