Description
The alley is behind 3801 Monument Ave. and runs from 935 Kent Rd. to 934 N. Hamilton St. The multiple potholes are very large and have the potential to cause damage to a vehicle or person, should someone fall while walking through the alley. There was another service request put in for this alley, and I received notification that it was completed (Request: DPW000033936). However, it has not been completed!
