Description

Citizen states the tree is very old and has knocked out a verizon line. There are a number of tree limbs that have fallen. Citizen has called in the past. She states the roots of the tree are damaging the sidewalk.

Response from the Arborist J. Lilly: I will look at this request first thing tomorrow morning (10/18/19). As far as multiple complaints in the past go there are only two existing records for UrbanForestry in City Works; one pruning request from 2006 and one fallen limb pickup request from 2016. Both of these are closed. I will be sure to contact the citizen tomorrow morning after I inspect the tree. Thanks, Sam Lilly City Arborist
