    Per Arborist W. Shoup: City tree is actually in front of 107 e Cary Street. Elm, F1, 20 inch diameter. Limb broke out of top. Laying on sidewalk. Nothing blocked. Needs pick up. I’ll pass onto crew for pick up. I’ll send Sam pictures. Will Sent from my iPhone
