Description
Trees & vegetation in City-Owned median at Towana, St. Christopher's and Three Chopt Roads obscure a crosswalk light that pedestrians use to stop traffic. As a driver, you don't see the blinking light until you are on top of the crosswalk. Trees need to be cut back for visibility of sign, then maintained. As a separate, more immediate problem, the crosswalk was repaved, but never repainted. This needs to be done immediately. I wish you would put lights in the street for better visibility!
