Description

Please refer to request # DPW000008389. This has been closed as completed and it has not been completed. Please repair this area as it is a dangerous place to walk. Several of our senior citizens have fallen on the uneven parking lot. It needs to be repaved, repaired and the parking lines painted. Also, there was a rat that ran over someone's foot. There is a picture attached to the previous service request.
