Description

I know the engineer on my previous request said these lights were working, but they're definitely not. People are waiting so long coming out of Brookland Parkway that they're running the red light, driving on the median, and taking illegal u-turns on Boulevard in order to cross to Westwood or continue onto Boulevard. On behalf of all the commuters and school buses coming out of Northside on Brookland Parkway, please go back to the old timing scheme!
