Description

Citizen states that he needs to find out which trees belong to him and the cities. The trees are over his roof and his home and he had an arborist come out and they stated the tree is bound to fall on his home. He would like for someone to come out and mark what trees belong to him and which ones belong to the city of Richmond. The citizen would like for a phone call before anyone comes out to look at the trees near his property.
