Description

3 Ash trees are on the side of the citizens house and she would like for them to be removed. She stated they have had an X on them for 3-4 years. checking to see if she is on the removal list.

    Spoke with resident by phone. Trees will be added to a crew removal list but have not been listed previously to now. Advised resident that no sign of EAB infestation at this time will result in deferred service time.

    Citizen called requesting removal of dead trees. She stated DPU is going to replace some pipes due to roots in sewer and she would like the tree to be removed while the work is going on.
