Link this request to DPW-0000037700: "The HOA requests permission to plant a white Natchez crepe myrtle on each of the two empty dirt squares on the Sheppard side of the building (building is on the corner of Floyd and Sheppard.)" Please make this a total of 3 white Natchez crepe myrtles. There is an additional empty dirt square on the corner of Floyd and Sheppard where we would like to plant the third tree. See picture below. Perhaps you can combine these two requests for ease of tracking.
