there is a very tall tree behind property on an empty lot is on a hill and is leaning towards caller's backyard Citizen states if tree was to fall down it will fall onto his property

    tree fell from a unmaintained vacant lot and is on wires. Arborist has talked with numerous residents encouraging them to contact Verizon.
