- Staff · October 17, 2019Hi Will, Please see below. Service Request number 406197 opened 10/10/19. I did not see any prior year Service Request for Urban Forestry. Citizen is requesting a stump removed. This is a Council escalation. Citizen stated they submitted a request back in 2016.
