Private tree issue. Customer states the city removed a large tree here and removed the stump. She states the root system below ground is penetrating her pipe system. Customer became irate on the phone and started cursing at the arborist. The arborist asked for her to stop or they would end the call. The resident continued to be aggressive on the phone and the call was ended.
