Hi Michael, I received a call from Sam in Communications. The citizen was calling to complain about a City tree that she stated was leaning and she was afraid it was going to fall on her house. I have attached a printout of the closed Service Request which you stated was complete and I closed the request.

Hi Michael, I received a call from Sam in Communications. The service request number is 403119. The request also mentioned in the comments that a tree was hit by a truck, but I didn’t see a RDTCT reported. Please advise.
