Will, Polly transferred an escalation to me this morning. Ms. Sue Cathell at the above address is very worried about the big rotten tree outside her home, and would like it assessed. She says she has been unable to reach you. She does not have a cell phone or an email address. Please phone her at 804-353-7143. She says you may call her beginning at 5am because she is an early riser. Thanks Janine

Also called Ms. Cathell back to give her Will's office number.
