Description

car was stolen recently and suggested that this occurrence could have been avoided if her street (Colonial Avenue, between Ellwood & Floyd) was well-lit. She explained that there are many trees on city property that are blocking streetlights which creates a lot of dark spots, and hopes that the city can keep the trees trimmed or ensure that streetlights are functioning properly.
