Description

4000 block of Grove headed West just before entry to Lexington Ave Lower Stonewall court. I moved from 5004 Grove May 3 years ago and these horrible areas were. There then. The road destruction is horrible. If I drive the allowed 30 miles per hour the under carriage of my car hits the road!!
