Description

We went from 7 recycle cans to 2 as people have put garbage in these cans. Been like this for months. Trash people won't pick it up either. Super cans are across the alley from my house by the 2 garages. Also, there are several 5 gal buckets of paint past garages & 2 recycle cans are on their side w/ trash in them. See attach pictures. Please empty cans so they can be used for what they were intended to be used for. Alley looks very bad. Trash everywhere!!
