    Phone. Talked to Mr. Keller. Wants to extend the loading zone. Says they can't use the loading zone because the market parks their van in it all day long.

    Phoned SP+. Had previously phone them to tell them to enforce the LZ. At this time they have reported that the van is no longer parking there.
