Description
Drainage at the intersection of New Kent Road and Breckenridge Road has washed out the dirt from around the culvert, dirt from under the asphalt road and re-channeled drainage to under-cut the roadway on New Kent Road. It also appears as if the culvert has rusted away and needs replacement. The stop sign has also been washout and removed. The road will probably collapse if not repaired. Thank you
