Description

Sidewalk heaves, broken cement, uneven surface, failing prior repairs, from 1 S Arthur Ashe Boulevard to 21 S Arthur Ashe Boulevard. Dangerous for hundreds of runners who use this sidewalk, as well as cyclists, walkers, handicapped, elderly and baby carriages. Street to sidewalk concrete feeds depressed as much as 4 inches. Frequent trips and falls. Liability hazard.
