Description
Next to the dead tree submitted via DPW000031200 is a sickly Ash tree, which should also be removed. Not only will it soon die, but its roots are interfering with a resident's sewer line in the City strip. Their plumber says there is a “belly” in the sewer line that is prone to backing up when silt and roots settle in the pipe belly due to gravity. When the Ash is finally removed, the bellied line can be replaced with one that flows straight.
