Description

Alley in 3400 block of west Franklin st. Needs trees and vegitation trimmed and grass trimmed back. Shrubs and tree limbs are over grow me and other residence park behind our residence using the alley way. Scratching the paint on vehicle's. Makes extremely hard to drive down alley to park.
