Description
Constituent at 924 Bolton Road, reports there are unsafe road conditions in the area of his home and the cross street at Swanson Road. Says the road is very bumpy and in ill-repair. There is nowhere for pedestrians to walk without fear of being hit, and that the area of Bolton and Swanson has a drainage problem. Says the road floods during periods of rain
