Description

Approximately half the time someone is parked in this space in the morning which makes it difficult for garbage collection, and if we need service vehicle access. I am also required to retain a parking space on my property which is not accessible if someone is parked at the entrance. There are No Parking signs across Mulberry St at the entrance to that alley which seem to work fairly well at deterring parking there.
