Description
The center of the street in front of my house was excavated about a month ago in conjunction with sewer repairs which were apparently not completed. A steel plate and asphalt was put in place alone with 4 cones and caution tape. The placement of these items force traffic directly in front of my house and forces traffic both ways to travel on my curbside. I cannot park a vehicle as a result and when using my driveway causes unsafe backing out due to vehicles blocking my view. I would like to
