Hello - urban forestry folks. I wasn’t sure who to send this e-mail to, so I opted for several of you. Approximately 3 years ago, the city planted a tree in front of my house via the “Adopt a Tree” program, of which I paid the required fee thru that program. The tree has been progressively showing signs of disease each year since planting. I attach 3 photos, taken today. The tree has been losing leaves for a few weeks now. Should this tree be treated? Do we risk this disease spreading.
