Description

I noticed that a neighbor at 613 and 615 N 33 RD St. recently cut down trees from in front of their home and built raised box gardens between the curb and sidewalk. Is this permitted and what is required to have the tree removed in front of my home?

    Building raised garden beds on city property is not permitted. Any tree maintenance, pruning or removals need to be approved by the city arborist before action is taken. If interested in acquiring tree services on city property near your house please submit a 311 request.
