Description

On sidewalk in front of house: Hole cover to utilities is deteriorating and loosely seated atop the hole. I stepped on it and the cover gave way and my foot slipped in it. Someone could easily break an ankle.

    I walked entire block of the 2400 Park Ave. all utility caps were good. Where 2419 would have been427 Davis Ave. sits, no open meter there either.

    M This is a utility issue. The citizen will have to call back and request utility to fix the damaged meter. I have left a message for the citizen to call back.
