Description
Overgrown grass and brush on northbound side of Hull Street near GRTC Stop #1307 completely blocks the shoulder on this part of Hull Street. This is an inconvenience and forces people to walk in the street. It is hard to see around and blocks the view of someone walking or riding a bike. From looking at the parcel map, it seems that this may be along city managed property.
