Description
Pedestrian walk signal not functioning properly. I waited four full traffic cycles trying to cross Cowardin from the east side of Hull Street. I pressed the button multiple times, and even crossed Hull (no walk signal here either, but it was easier to cross than Cowardin) to try the button on the north side of Hull. I never got a walk signal, and had to run across against the signal. This is a terrible intersection to have to cross on foot at any time, but especially without a signal.
