- Staff · September 26, 2019Tree stems from private property. Talked to resident by phone. Tried to explain to resident how they needed to contact code enforcement in regards to their neighbors tree. The resident became very angryand aggressive. The resident cursed at the arborist and was asked to stop. The resident continued and the arborist stated they were going to hang up if their behavior continued. The resident escalated and the arborist hung up the phone.
