5 feet by 5 feet of damage to the sidewalk. There is a tree root issue and we will contact urban forestry. This location is rated (15).

Citizen called back to find out when this issue will be address. urban forestry came out and took care of tree roots issue. the was temporary gravel placed in area. citizen needs to be repaved citizen has two family members that are in wheel chairs and need a smooth surface for them to roll on
