Description

Large, pine tree, not in good condition and encroaching on the house. Contractor recommends taking it down and replacing with something more appropriate. Called in August. Have not heard anything. Request i.d.: DPW000033050. Need to know if we need permission to remove a tree on our property and if so, process. Would like to get this done before bad weather sets in.
