Description

I am writing to inform that Southaven Road 23235 in Bon Air is in deplorable condition. I travel this road twice a day and am amazed that The City of Richmond allows their roads to become so treacherous. Two weeks ago a speed bump was installed and asphalt thrown into a few holes but the road is in horrendous condition! Please help fix this road ASAP! Nancy Smith
