citizen calling to report that that the city owned tree in front of the property, has a base thats completely rotting. citizen would like for someone to come assess the tree.

    No dead tree found on site. Left door hanger.

    itizen called in stating there is a tree with the base rotting and she will be building on the property and wants the tree removed. I sent an email to the arborist M. Staton.
