Description

The pedestrian signal countdown timer is not working here at the intersection of W Franklin Street and N Adams Street. This is the pedestrian signal for pedestrians walking west on W Franklin Street on the right side of the street. The white walk light and red stop light are still working but the countdown timer is not.
