Please advise why request number #DPW000033189 was closed without detailed, specific explanation, response or resolution? This alley was not paved or gravel. The alley is located behind 3500 E. Broad Rock Road and is muddy. Was the located inadvertently missed or not specified? Please explain if gravel can be installed or not. Homeowners including myself are inquiring about this request.
