Description

The intersection of Malvern Avenue and Monument Avenue is very dangerous for those turning left from Malvern Avenue. I have seen many many near misses and it is becoming increasingly dangerous. A green turning arrow needs to be installed for those traveling North and South bound on Malvern Avenue. Cars are idling in the center of the intersection waiting to turn, while others are driving around the person taking a left only to be nearly struck by the car taking a left.
