- Staff · September 20, 2019This tree is on a removal list for October. The city does not use red paint to mark removals nor does our contractor, so someone else painted this tree. Plus, there are three red X's on the tree at eye leveland the city again does not mark trees in this fashion so it was not Urban Forestry who painted this tree.
