Description

• Escalation concern/issue: Ms. Lowery stated that she is not a citizen of Richmond, but was calling to report a dead tree that needs to be removed at the corner of Castlewood Road and Walmsley Boulevard. The tree is located beside a streetlight. She has reported the tree in the past, but nothing has been done to remove the tree.
